Who we are

By Friday Co builds websites and helps local businesses get found online.

What we collect

• When you book a call: your email, the service you are interested in and anything you choose to tell us.
• When you send a message: your email, the service you pick and your message.
• When you browse: Google Analytics may record which pages you visit, how you found us and roughly where you are. It uses cookies to do this.

We never ask for card details on this website.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to you, set up the call you booked and send the calendar invite. We do not sell your details or share them for anyone else's marketing.

Who else sees it

Vercel hosts this website, and Google provides our analytics. They only use your details to provide their service to us.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as we are talking or working together, then for two years in case you come back to us. After that we delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the details we hold about you at any time. Email dom@byfridayco.com and we will reply within 30 days.

Changes to this page

If we change how we handle your details, we will update this page and the date at the top.
